Except as provided in this privacy policy we will not provide your information to third parties.

Personal data linked with contracts and tenders

If we enter into a contract with you or respond to an invitation to tender from you, we may receive and process the personal data of your employees and other related individuals. We have a legitimate interest in doing so because such processing is necessary to facilitate those activities. However, all such personal data is:

  • Stored securely in the manner described above in the file linked with the contract or tender in question.
  • Only made accessible to Kajima staff to the extent that such staff require access for such activities.
  • Only made accessible to third parties to the extent necessary and subject to data processing agreements being in place. A data transfer agreement in approved form is used if transfers outside the EEA are required.
  • Deleted at the end of the activity in question except insofar as some data may need to be retained for up to six years for regulatory reasons, to track our performance on previous contracts and tenders or to accommodate any outstanding liability either you or we may have to the other.

We have the following additional internal policies to ensure employee compliance and protect personal data:
